Minsk, Byelorussia - Police managed to find out persons of two hackers who hacked U.S. banks' computer systems. According to the Belarus Ministry of Internal Affairs, they are two inhabitants of Minsk, of 19 and 18 years old. They "have stolen the data making a trade secret of American banks, with the purpose of disclosure”.

Thus, the criminal case has been initiated. Now malefactors are released according to a written undertaking not to leave a place. Under the Belarus legislation, hackers can be put into prison for two years.
