2008: $264M was lost due to cybercrime according to ICCC report

Back in 2001 this number was only 18 million dollars. And last year(2008) it grew up to $264.6 million, according to a annual report by the Internet Crime Complaint Center. The report said cybercrime was up 33% from 2007, making last year the worst on record.
The ICCC, a nonprofit organization run by the FBI and the National White Collar Crime Center dedicated to monitoring online fraud.
