An associate to a District Court judge has been charged with using the court's computer system to access information on people she knew.
The Doubleview woman, 29, faces 23 counts of unlawful use of the computer system for non-work related purposes, as well as unrelated charges of insurance fraud.
It follows a Corruption and Crime Commission investigation.
CCC investigations manager Trevor Wynn claimed the woman accessed data held on the Total Offender Management Solution and the Lower Courts Criminal Case management System.
She is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on Friday.
