Napalitano issued her formal challenge at a keynote address Wednesday at the RSA Conference on tech security here at San Francisco's Moscone Convention Center. Tech security remains a hot topic; show officials expect attendance to top 15,000.
It doesn't matter if you have a basic online education or a PhD, anyone can submit creative ideas for improving the public's cybersecurity awareness and cyberliteracy. Proposals must be submitted here by April 30. Winners will collaborate with DHS to develop and launch the National Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign.
