how can these place still operate? isn't there an online fraud consumer based thing to warn more people? their domain is in the states but want to collect money in bulgaria and italy??scary

They say they sell airline tickets, and ask you to Western Union the Money, don't do it. It is a scam.

I had exactly the same problem, I contacted my credit card co. They never received a request for an authorization. The web site is not secure, they have an 800 number that no ever answers, and they do not respond to emails. I had to contact my credit card co and have them cancel my account.

Don't use BestTix.Net...it is one of these scams. They say that there was a problem with your transaction and you will be notified in 24-48 hours. They then ask you to wire transfer money to a bank in Bulgaria!
