I want to confirm one thing, that i have opted for the Reliance GSM connection and i had started receiving messages like Bollywood Babes wild on bed @ Rs. 15/- click............. . After running from pillar to post and after filing consumer complaint the same are stopped. Just want to confirm is sending such messages amounts to crime (u/s 292 of IPC & Section 67 of IT Act) and can i register a complaint with the cyber crime.

Sir a number is teasing me again and again and using abuses language but not telling about there self who ever but still its teasing me from last three its enough.
