LOCKEFORD -- A Lodi Fire Department captain was arrested early Tuesday morning on suspicion of forcible rape and possessing child pornography, the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Department reported.
Michael Tecklenburg, 42, of Lockeford was taken into custody after child pornography was found on his computer, sheriff's spokeswoman Nelida Stone said. The discovery stemmed from another investigation.
Some of the images had been downloaded from the Internet, others had been taken with a digital camera, according to officials.

Tecklenburg -- who is also a reserve firefighter for the Lockeford-Clements Fire Department -- was booked into San Joaquin County Jail shortly before 3 a.m. Tuesday on suspicion of forcible rape, committing lewd acts upon a child, sexual battery with restraint, terrorist threats and three counts of possession of child pornography, Stone said. Bail was set at more than $280,000, officials said. By mid-morning Tuesday, sheriff's investigators had served three search warrants at Tecklenburg's work places and home.
Tecklenburg is scheduled to appear in Lodi Superior Court today at 12:15 p.m., officials said.
