Pasco teacher arrested in cybercrime sex sting

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL -- A 29-year-old teacher at Trinity Oaks Elementary School in Pasco County is the latest school employee to be arrested by the State Attorney General's new CyberCrime Task Force.
Investigators say Joel Matthew Cupp exposed himself multiple times over a webcam to two undercover investigators who were posing as teenage girls.
Officials say Cupp was chatting online with 2 different investigators, one with the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, and one with the state's Cyber Crime unit.
Pasco School District offficals confirmed that Cupp has resigned his teaching job, effective immediately. He had worked for Pasco Schools since 2005.
