garry should have never been prosecuted. When the lame brained so called IT security found him, he should have been FDISKED at almost no cost and given a "Mafia type" warning from some annomyser in Finland. Thats what I do and it always works. BUT to be legal you MUST have a warning on your site that allows for excessive, sadistic strike back against anyone who tries to abuse your site. I find that just sending a copy of this notice often gets a grovelling apology from the site admin.
