Hi, I received an email from certain Shell Petroleum Promotion confirming that I won the lottery base on the selected email and my email add was luckily appeared as the winner. And now they forwarded my winning $350,000.00 to Natwest Bank Plc, London. Now a name of a woman using the Natwest Bank name email me that I should pay $472.00 to open an account to the above bank. And they insist that I will pay thru Western Union for faster results. Isthere any lottery exist like this? Now this woman is giving me 48 hrs. to complete the payments or the will cancel my winning and send back the money to SHELL PETROLEUM PROMOTION. Please Iwant to clarify this.
