This is a dirty scam business as as said by Dave this is ripping the poor souls apart.
The sad part is that we do fall into these maniacs trap very easily.
I have been receiving lot of mail regarding this.
I would suggest that we have been granted with websites like google and/or google map.
Just check out the name of the lottery agency & their location & you will get a series of fraud/ scam reviews about them.
And finnaly i would sugget all the email readers to be very carefull befor making any payment to these scamsters.
