i had received a letter from Euro lotto stakes SL
which inform me , I'm selected in the 2nd Category. With Ticket no 69.1516, Ref DDL/4506/MDS. and the Batch no RTL/5156.
and i have won 475,600 Euro. first they gave the form for asking the confirmation, and the bank acount.
when i sent them the account no then next time they demand 1200 Euro for primeum charges.
i am to ask what is the reality of this Lottery Scam.

About a week ago I received an Email info that I'm 'lucky' winner in the Euro Millones Lottery International Email Address draw on the 10th of August 2005. I was instructed to make a call to my "claims officer" Mr.Fred Anthonio on Sole Agency Security from Madrid Spain, which I did. Mr.Fred Anthonio (or what ever his name really is) told me that I'll receive further instructions for my winning prize (which is 450.000:00 US$?!)
I AM POSITIVELLY SURE NOW THAT ALL OF THIS STUFF IS TOTALLY ILEGAL AND A BIG SCAM OF THE PEOPLE IN SPAIN HOW I'M NOT SURE EVEN EXIST.
I was contacted by Email by several different names: Mrs.Rosemod Raul,Mrs.Elina Cruz, I even spoke to Mr.Fred Anthonio and today I got Email from Mrs.Adora Cruz)
Today's Email contains "Euro Milliones Certificate" which reffers to an Email address that isn't mine...
Now I'll qoute the content of today's letter and illustrate to you on which HARD facts these people are capable to swear of.
They wrote to me:
"We wish to inform you that the Claim Department of this office has finally confirmed and obtain approval from the Spanish Lottery Board for the payment of your winning prize money of US$450,000:00 (Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars Only)after due diligent verification and is among those to be paid next batch.
We have been instructed by the Spanish Lottery Board to swear an affidavit in the Court present you as the owner of the email address that won the lottery prize and also to legalise all your award winning documents covering your winning prize money and obtain the Approved Legal Clearance Certificate from the Ministry of Justice here in Spain which is in accordance with the European Union Financial Commission Act 2004 on payment of International Lottery Winners since after September 11, 2001 incident.
This is to legally present you as the prime winner in the lottery program and to legally clear your funds from terrorist and drug funds. The paying bank will not effect payment of your winning prize money if all your award winning documents is not legalised in the Court here in Madrid and also if we did not obtain the Approved Legal Clearance Certificate (A.L.C.C) from the Justice Ministry here in Spain.
We have already contacted the Court and Ministry of Justice here in Madrid-Spain to know what it required to legalise all your award winning documents covering your winning prize money and also in obtaining the Approved Legal Clearance Certificate.

My mother and I live in the United States. We recieved a letter today,(12/02/05), stating that we won the euro millions. The letter states we won $529,653.29. On another paper, it had a sheet asking us to write our Bank name, account, and swift code number. I personally think this is a scam. On the paper, it showed a name and telephone number. The name was Antonio Galdos and the number: 34 627 382 930. We called this number and a man answered. We asked for his name, and he responded Antonio Galdos. We asked if we could go to Spain and get the prize money, but he said it would be better to send the Bank sheet info. We then asked for his address and he said to look at the main page at the very top right. The Address stated was: Avda. ROSETA 29-4
