I live in Iran and last month i recieved a winning notification that claims i won a National lottery draw.They asked me to contact the firstbanknigeria for the transfer of the prize.The bank sent me a Winner's Deposit Certificate with signatures that confirms the Canada Lottery Corporation has transfered my prize cash to their bank.They wanted me to pay some amount(1220,00 USD)for the transfer.They also gave me a phone number to contact them.Please help me.How can i make sure that it's true and legal?!
