My partner received in the mail on the 24 August a letter claiming he'd won $615,810.00 euro and we faxed what they'd asked for "payment processing form" the claim person to speak to "Don Anthonio Rodriguez" called us back that same night, claiming his government will contact him on how much tax we had to pay before they could release funds. I received a letter in the mail from Club Lotto Promotion saying I was a big winner along with nine others as a catagory 2 winner. A prize of $815,950.00,
Then I read the steps I needed to do to claim my prize.#1 I must claim this before sept. 12 or forfeit my prize. #2 Send all reference no.s to the claim officer. And I am to forward 10% to my security company as sole representative of domestic expenses. (that comes to $81,595 thats well and good after the prize has been awarded and in my bank account but to send that kind of money before the award seemed not right.) There is a second page to fill out.Its from Trinity Security Company S.A.On this page they want all the information of my account with my bank and my drivers license information. my problem with all this is that this is a lot of private information to be giving out if this is NOT a legitimate operation. Euro Lotto Stakes SL is a fraud scheme (They may use the name of genuine scheme) they send the letter to people of the third world countries like Iran, Pakistan in which they inform the address holder that he won the prize of 375,600$ or euro and instruct the prize holder fill out the enclosed form and send it back via given Fax No, after that they may demand money for transfer charges.
The said letter is came from SPAIN So through this Forum I urge to the Police Authorities of Spain, Government officials concerned, and Embassy of Spain in Pakistan to take stern legal action against these kind of fraud lottery scheme.
My father received a letter by ordinary mail (my father is an old man of 65 year and retire from Pakistan Army, he neither traveled abroad nor apply for any kind of lottery in his whole life. He can not use the computer and has no Email Address. I have received a letter of winning International Lotto Commission adress is Plaza Colon, Planta 2, 28085, Madrid-Espana.Ph: +0034650340630, fax 0034650340590. They says that I have won the lottery with amount of euros 300,500.00. when I phoned them they ask me to filled the form and fax. Pls advice.
